FIELD: separation; mixing.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the materials grinding means and their grinding methods. Agitating ball mill comprises grinding chamber housing, in which mixing shaft is located, provided with grinding elements. Grinding chamber is formed by the gap between the grinding chamber housing and the mixing shaft. At least one ground material inlet channel ends in the grinding chamber, at that, the dynamic separation device for auxiliary grinding bodies provided with recesses for the auxiliary grinding bodies return movement is provided therein. Agitating shaft is provided with at least one expanding the separation device recess, which in the axial direction extends to the grinding chamber and forms flow channel, at least in portions formed in the mixing shaft in the form of groove. Grinding method using this mill is in that the grinding material is fed through the inlet channel and through the formed between the stirring shaft and the grinding body grinding chamber is fed towards the dynamic separation device. Contained in the grinding material auxiliary grinding bodies are radially transported back to the grinding chamber by means of separating device. At that, auxiliary grinding bodies enter the grinding chamber through expanding the separation device mixing shaft part. Mixing shaft for the agitating ball mill with the dynamic separation device comprises at least one recess extending in the axial direction to the agitating ball mill input area and expanding the dynamic separation device, wherein the recess forms flow channel, at least in portions formed in mixing shaft in the form of groove. Spacer bushing for the said mixing shaft is characterized in that its cross-sectional shape is substantially polygonal.

EFFECT: mill arrangement provides improved distribution of the auxiliary grinding bodies in the grinding chamber.
