SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. Complete meal containing a liquid base obtained after borscht cooking and placed in a separate container, and a pie filled with ingredients separated after cooking borscht, as the basis for borscht, meat broth obtained from beef stew and water are used, and for the preparation of borscht, following ingredients are used: cabbage, beetroot, carrot, onion, tomato paste, vegetable oil, flour, wine vinegar, pork fat, garlic, dill, salt and sugar, while first from these ingredients cook borscht, after cooking, borscht is filtered to obtain two ingredients - the broth and the thick part, which is frozen in a container to obtain a filling, which after freezing is cut into bars, then puff pastry is rolled out into rectangles and the filling is wrapped into them in the form of bars, the resulting pie is fried, and the resulting broth is poured into a separate container in the form of a finished product. At the same time, for the production of borscht, the ingredients are used at a certain ratio.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to expand the range of dishes, simplify the consumption of the first dish, as well as reduce the complexity of preparing the product, increase the organoleptic properties and reduce the cooking time of the dish.
