SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes carrot, parsley root and onion cutting and roasting in melt butter; fresh white cabbage shredding and freezing; squid fillet cutting and blanching; wheat flour sautéing. Abovementioned components are blended in oxygen-free atmosphere with tomato paste, acetic acid, sugar, table salt, black pepper and bay leaf. Obtained mixture is pre-packed with fish broth, sealed and sterilized.
EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
