The technological line for the production of glass-dolomite sheets contains, located in a technological sequence and interconnected by transport means: a dolomite firing section, consisting of a dolomite hopper, a crusher, a classifier, drum dryers, a ball mill, a furnace, a hydrocyclone; a raw materials preparation section consisting of bunkers, dryers, a hammer crusher, a classifier, dispensers, containers; a reactor section consisting of dispensers and reactor; a glass-dolomite sheet manufacturing section consisting of mixers, conveyor, vibration compactor, knives, racks with shelves, drying chambers, machine tools, crushers, bunkers, classifier. At the same time, the processing line additionally contains a mechanochemical activation section containing a screw connected to a caustic dolomite classifier, feeding caustic dolomite for mechanical activation into a vortex layer apparatus connected to a control panel for modes and a cooling system, a mechanochemical activation section is connected to a caustic dolomite hopper through a classifier.
