FIELD: ship building and ship repairing.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of shipbuilding and ship repair and concerns floating docks. A floating dock containing a slipway-deck, towers and pontoons is proposed. At least one row of vertical columns is installed on the slipway-deck of the floating dock. The columns are equipped with fenders and connected to the slipway-deck by quick-release couplings, while the row of columns is installed parallel to the diametrical plane of the floating dock.

EFFECT: invention improves operational qualities of a floating dock due to the possibility of simultaneously entering several vessels into it, in particular small-sized ones, as well as accurate positioning of vessels in the process of their docking and undocking.
