SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of shipbuilding and ship repair and concerns the design of floating docks. A floating dock is proposed, which contains a slipway deck with starboard and port side towers and a pontoon with ballast compartments. The slipway deck, with starboard and port side towers located on it, is made in the form of a horizontal plate, located above the waterline of the floating dock. The pontoon with ballast compartments is located below the waterline of the floating dock. The slipway deck and pontoon are connected by vertical connections, such as vertical cylinders.

EFFECT: operational reliability of the floating dock is improved.
