FIELD: adhesive materials.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to an adhesive composition for bonding an impregnated graphite material with a silicon material, which contains 60–63 wt % epoxy monomer, 25–28 wt % oxetane monomer, 6–8 wt % silane-epoxy resin-based adhesion promoter, 0.4–0.6 wt % sensitizer to increase sensitivity in UV and visible radiation range and 4–5 wt % photoinitiator activated by radiation and temperature. Invention also relates to a method of bonding an impregnated graphite material with a silicon material, comprising depositing on said impregnated graphite material said adhesive composition, placing the silicon material to be bonded onto the impregnated graphite material, subjecting the impregnated graphite material and the silicon material to UV light and heat treatment of the impregnated graphite material and the silicon material.
EFFECT: disclosed are adhesives for assembling components of an inert material.
