FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to compositions and methods for the impregnation and waterproofing of porous materials. More specifically, the present invention relates to the impregnation and waterproofing of materials to provide high chemical resistance to liquids based on water and/or solvents. A composition for the impregnation of porous sintered material contains: 60-80 wt.% of acrylic monomer, wherein acrylic monomer is 1,6-hexanedioldimethacrylate, 0.1-10 wt.% of a radical thermal initiator, 0.1-10 wt.% of a radical photo initiator, 5-30 wt.% of an organosilane adhesion amplifier, and 0.05-5 wt.% of a silicon-based surfactant. A method for the impregnation of porous sintered material and the use of the composition for the impregnation of a print module are also described.

EFFECT: providing the composition and the method for the impregnation allowing one to obtain porous material demonstrating stability of external dimensions, high resistance to water and solvents, high chemical resistance of polymer to paints based on water and solvents containing alcohols, ketones, simple esters and glycoesters, without any damage after the contact during 7 weeks at 45°C.
