FIELD: energy generating industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engines, in which the heat of combustion of solid fuel made of hard-flammable nanoparticles is used for production of mechanical work. Method of dispersion of hard-flammable nanoparticles consisting of a core and a shell involves mixing nanoparticles with the air for the purpose of transportation to the combustion chamber, where the process of dispersion of nanoparticles with the formation of secondary clusters and shell fragments is launched. At the same time the radius of secondary clusters should not exceed 25 nm and is determined from the preset ratio. To start the process of dispersing nanoparticles in the combustion chamber, they are exposed to X-ray with a certain intensity and wavelength, while the radius of the nanoparticle and the thickness of its shell are limited by certain ratios. Furthermore, inadvertent atomization of secondary clusters occurs.
EFFECT: invention ensures improvement of energy characteristics and reliability of the engine.
