FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: loading and transport unit with a container fixing device contains two rows arranged in parallel and rigidly connected to each other, having upper and lower tiers, on which there are roller tracks, a folding back wall, vertical shafts, elevator platforms with roller tracks and mechanisms for lifting and feeding containers. At the beginning and at the end of the roller tracks of the upper and lower tiers, retainers are installed, which are levers, the axis of rotation of which is shifted relatively to the center of mass for their independent rotation when lowering or lifting elevator platforms from this tier and fixing containers from shifting into the elevator platform shaft.
EFFECT: containers are securely fixed on the roller tracks of the upper and lower tiers.
