FIELD: transport engineering; two-tier carriers. SUBSTANCE: proposed car carrier has lower and upper tiers installed on running gear and support gear, hydraulic equipment system, spare wheel holder and loading ramp. Additional ramps consisting of guide paths, middle and hinged ramps connected to each other are found in above-saddle part of lower tier. Spare wheel holder is installed in right-hand side part between lower and upper tiers. Loading ramp is made in form of two hinge-connected sections, first section being installed to form extension of lower tier, and in middle part of first section hydraulic cylinder is installed for fixing first section of loading ramp relative to lower tier of frame. Locking device of second section of loading ramp is installed on beam of upper tier. Mechanical tie-rods connected with loading ramp lifting-lowering hydraulic cylinders are installed at loading ramp sides. Angles of tilting of first and second sections of loading ramp can be changed. EFFECT: increased efficiency. 5 dwg
