The device for shunting and grounding the contact network and overhead power lines contains a handle, at one end of which a lever clamp is fixed, and at the other end - a spring-loaded lever connected to the movable contact of the lever clamp, a wire connected to the lever clamp for shunting and grounding the wires of the contact network and overhead power lines and providing a connection with the shunt rod, while pressing the spring-loaded lever, the movable contact acts on the lever clamp, opening its guides to grip the wire.

EFFECT: provision of unimpeded and quick removal of the device from the contact wire and wires of overhead power lines, which leads to an increase in the safety of work and an increase in the safety of train traffic.
