FIELD: vehicles for moving inside oil product tanks.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a tracked platform for transporting equipment inside tanks with petroleum products. The vehicle contains a body, hydraulic motors driving the caterpillar propellers, cylindrical articulated joints, hydraulic cylinders fixed on the body and on the caterpillar propellers. Articulated joints and hydraulic cylinders are made with the ability to provide the possibility of approaching the caterpillar propellers to the body and the possibility of moving the caterpillar propellers away from the body. Each tracked propeller is attached to the body by at least two cylindrical articulated joints.
EFFECT: increased cross-country ability and functionality of the vehicle.
