FIELD: fluid control systems.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a downhole fluid flow control system with a viscosity-dependent differential pressure switch. The downhole fluid flow control system comprises a fluid control module having an inlet side, an outlet side, and a main fluid passage parallel to the additional fluid passage, each of which extends between the inlet and outlet sides. The valve element located within the main fluid passage has an open and closed position. A viscosity detector containing a viscosity sensitive channel forms at least a portion of the additional fluid passage. A differential pressure switch configured to open and close the valve member takes into account a first signal in the form of pressure from the inlet side, a second signal in the form of pressure from the outlet side, and a third signal in the form of pressure from the additional fluid passage. The magnitude of the third signal depends on the viscosity of the fluid passing through the secondary fluid passage so that the viscosity of the fluid actuates the differential pressure switch, thereby controlling the passage of fluid through the main fluid passage. The group of inventions also includes a flow control filter containing a main pipe with an internal passage and a filter material located around the main pipe. To implement the method for controlling the fluid flow, a flow control system is placed inside the well, the required fluid is obtained, differential pressure switch is activated with a shift of the well element depending on the viscosity of the fluid.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of independent control of the inflow of produced fluids by increasing the sensitivity to changes in fluid properties.
