SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to mechanized mining. Tool comprises a housing through which an axial channel extends, wherein the downhole tool is configured to selectively flow through an axial channel, a side passage extending through the housing, valve device containing valve element or functionally connected with valve element and valve seat. Valve element comprises a body part configured to interact with the valve seat and a centering portion, made on valve element body part or attached to this part. Valve element is located on rotor or string of pump rods of downhole pump with possibility of free movement in rotary and axial manner along said rotor or string of pump rods. Downhole tool is configured to transition between a first, closed, a condition wherein a flowing communication is prevented through the side channel, and second, open, state, at which through flow channel is allowed through side channel. In normal mode, downhole tool is in first, closed state.

EFFECT: increased overhaul period of pump operation, operations on well treatment are simplified.
