FIELD: control and adjustment of production process.

SUBSTANCE: to form a reference electronic profile on a process map, a series of articles is made and an electronic profile of equipment is continuously recorded, high-quality parts are selected from a series of parts, and according to the corresponding parts, electronic equipment profiles are determined by the average electronic profile of the equipment or the electronic profile of the highest-quality item, which is set as a reference, setting limits of allowable deviation based on analysis of electronic profiles and physical parameters of a previously manufactured series of articles, further, parts are made, corresponding electronic hardware profiles are recorded and compared with reference profile, when deviating the electronic profile of equipment from the reference one by more than the value of the allowable deviation, a signal on deviation higher than the allowable deviation is generated, in the parts manufacturing process, the average electronic equipment profile monitoring is performed, corresponding to the parts with deviation from the reference profile by less than the allowable deviation value, and if necessary, it is installed as a reference profile.

EFFECT: technical result consists in expansion of arsenal of technical means for control of production process.
