METHOD FOR DETERMINING INFLAMMATORY SYNDROME OF IMMUNE RECONSTRUCTION IN PATIENTS WITH TUBERCULOSIS AND HIV INFECTION AGAINST THE BACKGROUND OF HIGHLY ACTIVE ANTIRETROVIRAL THERAPY (HAART) Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC G01N33/48

Abstract RU 2745026 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely phthisiology and infectious diseases, and can be used to determine the immune reconstruction syndrome in patients with tuberculosis and HIV infection. The method for determining the inflammatory syndrome of immunity reconstruction in patients with tuberculosis and HIV infection against the background of the use of highly active antiretroviral therapy consists in the fact that the content of triglycerides in the patient's blood is determined and if in a month’s time the level of triglycerides exceeds their level before the beginning of HAART more than 2 times, the presence of the inflammatory syndrome of immune reconstruction in patients with tuberculosis and HIV infection during the use of HAART is determined.

EFFECT: invention improves quality of determining the inflammatory immune reconstruction syndrome in patients with tuberculosis and HIV infection against the background of the use of highly active antiretroviral therapy.
