SUBSTANCE: invention relates in particular to radio-electronic equipment (REE), in which electrovacuum devices (EVD) are used, and can be used to increase the service life, stability and reliability of the operation of EVDs used in special-purpose equipment. The device contains a series-connected mains transformer, a rectifier with a series-connected power filter "1" with an integrated stabilizer and a power filter "2" with an integrated stabilizer, a power filter "3", as well as a reference voltage circuit, the input of which is connected to the 6 V output of a network transformer, connected in series with a current stabilizer circuit containing a series-connected parametric stabilizer, a differential amplifier, the input of which is also connected to the output of the filament control regulator, a current regulator whose input is also connected to the output of the filament control regulator, a load protection unit whose output connected to the 220 V input of the load and the status indicator. A digital control circuit for smooth heating is introduced into the device, the input of which is connected to the output of the power filter "3", containing a master oscillator, a counter reset unit, counters, a glow control regulator, the outputs of which are connected to the input of a differential amplifier and a current regulator, an enable / disable circuit accounts, with a generator blocking scheme. A digital control circuit for gradual incandescence for the formation of a control algorithm for gradual incandescence generates a feedback voltage as a result of filament control supplied to the input of a differential amplifier, where it is compared with a reference voltage from a parametric stabilizer, as a result of which a control signal for the output stage of the current value regulator is generated, fed to the load through the load protection unit, providing a smooth increase in the filament voltage to the nominal.

EFFECT: increased service life, stability and reliability of the EVD operation.
