FIELD: organic fertilizers.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an organic slow release fertilizer based on plantain seed coats and method of manufacture thereof. Macronutrients or additional nutrients selected from 12 primary nutrients, such as: N, Р, K, Са, Mg, S, Fe, Mn, Cu, В, Mo and Zn is extracted from each oil meal, collectively called residue, left after extraction of plant oil, dried blood, byproducts containing dead fish or fish bones, ground bone, dead sea mineral, eggshells, seashells, oyster shells, rock gypsum, dolomite, phyllite and natural salt using a determined extraction process and saturate extensively into a porous material such as zeolite with added plantain seed coats for faster and more efficient saturation. The organic fertilizer is produced in form of granules.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is production of an organic fertilizer containing nutrients necessary for plant growth, using natural ingredients.
