FIELD: mining engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining engineering and is used in tunneling machines for carrying out mine workings by a combine method with the installation of anchor support. A mining machine with an anchor installer includes a frame to which an executive body is attached along the longitudinal axis (X) of the machine, and undercarriages are attached to the left and to the right, a transverse beam with a telescopic shaft installed with the possibility of sliding along the longitudinal axis (X) of the machine and the ability to move along the transverse beams associated with crossbeam manipulators. The manipulators are installed in planes (V) parallel to the longitudinal axis (X) of the machine each of which includes a drive articulated parallelogram installed outside the corresponding undercarriage the rocker arms of which are fixed at one end to the latter and are connected to the connecting rod by opposite ends. A rotary-gripping device is installed at the end of the telescopic shaft from the face side with the ability to rotate and tilt relative to the axis (Y) of the telescopic shaft and with a kinematically associated drilling and anchoring device. An upper articulated parallelogram is an additional part of the design of each manipulator. The connecting rod of the upper articulated parallelogram is fixed on the transverse beam, and the rocker arms are kinematically connected to the connecting rod of the driving articulated parallelogram with the possibility of plane-parallel movement of both connecting rods. At the same time, one of the rocker arms of the upper hinged parallelogram has an additional hinge unit coupled with a rod kinematically connected with one of the rocker arms of the driven hinged parallelogram.
EFFECT: creation of a more flexible mechanism for delivering the drilling and anchoring device to the working area in front of the executive body of the mining machine, which will allow it to fit into the development of a smaller section at the time of folding / unfolding of the anchor-setting structure of the machine.
