FIELD: aboveground pools.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a joint for an aboveground pool and a method of using it. The frame joint for an aboveground pool frame is a T-joint connecting the horizontal frame elements and the vertical frame element. The first and second horizontal joint areas include modules for connection with horizontal frame elements. The vertical section of the joint is fixedly connected to the horizontal sections and is designed to be connected to the vertical frame element. The width of the vertical joint section is at least 50% of the width between the first and second joint modules of the first and second horizontal joint sections. A method for assembling an aboveground pool is also disclosed.
EFFECT: invention improves design of an aboveground pool.
