FIELD: gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in gas pumping units, power plants and other energy systems. The air intake device for a gas turbine plant contains a housing of the first cleaning stage (2) with cyclonic filters located on the ground surface (1), a housing of the second cleaning stage (3) with fine filters, located in the housing of the first cleaning stage (2), connected to it by a frame. Fine filters are inserted into the frame cells. The casing of the first cleaning stage (2) is connected by a supply air duct (4) equipped with a gate (5) with an air outlet shaft (6) of the air cooler (7). The air cooler (7) consists of an intake hood (8), the side walls of which are perforated with slots (9), located above the ground level, connected from below to the air inlet shaft (10). The air shaft (10) is equipped with an axial fan (11) and is a cylindrical vertical column divided by horizontal partitions (12) from top to bottom into intake (13), blind (14) and collection (15) compartments. The intake and collection compartments are equipped with rectangular inlet (16) and outlet (17) vertical slots with flaps (18) connected to three vertical slotted heat exchangers (19, 20 and 21). The heat exchangers are located below the freezing depth at an angle of 90° relative to each other. The bottom of the collecting chamber of the inlet air shaft (10) is connected by an inclined cylindrical channel (22) with the bottom of the outlet air shaft (6). The bottom of the air outlet is connected to a condensate receiver (23). The condensate receiver contains a submersible pump (24) connected by a pressure pipeline (25) to a condensate collector located on the ground surface.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of air intake device of the gas turbine unit.
