FIELD: gas treatment.
SUBSTANCE: gas purification and heating devices used in complex gas treatment. The gas treatment apparatus includes a separator and a tubular heat exchanger, drainage, inlet and outlet pipes located in a sealed housing in the direction of gas flow. The device additionally contains a filter element for fine gas purification and a separation chamber located between the separator and the tubular heat exchanger. The separator is made in the form of a centrifugal separation nozzle, consisting of a fender visor and arcuate blades. The blades are mounted on support rings with a pitch that forms slotted channels in the overlap zone, and are equipped with deflectors attached to the inner edge of each blade. The tubular heat exchanger is made in the form of a U-shaped two-pass tube bundle. The housing in the area where the heat exchanger is located is a heating chamber equipped with coolant supply and return pipes. The part of the housing in front of the separator is a storage tank for collecting droplet liquid and mechanical impurities.
EFFECT: improving the efficiency of purification of natural gas from droplet liquid and solid mechanical particles.
