FIELD: information technologies.
SUBSTANCE: in the method of transactions execution and transfer of a machine-implemented application related to a currently licensed application, license rights are determined, which are retained by a user for an initial application, configured by the first user device, having the first configuration, suitable to execute an application; the initial application is converted into a substitute application suitable for execution of which on a user device, having the second configuration; a business rule is applied to determine price, in order to determine a price of transaction to license a user for usage of the substitute application instead of using the initial application; transactions are completed by provision of the second user device with the substitute application.
EFFECT: optimised throughput capacity of the network that supports the first and second user device, for transfer of application and determination of a transaction price to license a user for usage of the substitute application instead of the initial application.
