FIELD: biology.
SUBSTANCE: method involves stimulating the release of biologically active compounds, while shellfish are selected from their natural habitat at sea water temperatures from 17.2 C to 8.2 ºC. For stimulation, a combined stimulating solution consisting of 25% magnesium sulfate (MgSO4) and 0.04% serotonin solution (C14H19N5O2·H2SO4) is used, which is injected into the proboscides or leg muscle of hungry sea snails with a syringe. For shellfish with a shell height of 46,3059,27 mm, the volume of the combined stimulating solution is 0.5 ml, for shellfish with a shell height of 6,077 mm - 1 ml, for shellfish with a shell height of 114.14 mm-1.5 ml.
EFFECT: invention provides possibility of obtaining biologically active compounds.
