SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates in particular to the production of oriented strand board. In front of the scattering device for the production of the first and second surface layer mats, there is a common binder for applying a binder to the chips of the surface layer mats or one separate binder for each mat. Behind the scattering devices there is a press for pressing the mat of scattered particles at an elevated temperature relative to standard conditions. In front of the scattering devices, a sorting device is installed to obtain the fraction of the surface layer, the fraction of the inner layer and the fine fraction. A mixing hopper is installed in front of the sorting device for mixing strands and shavings from recycled wood. In front of each scattering device for the production of the first and second surface layer mats, there is a shredding device for producing strands from primary wood. In front of the scattering device for making the inner layer mat, there is a shredding device for shredding recycled wood to obtain chips from recycled wood.
EFFECT: strength of the wood board is increased.
