SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to an external wall panel and an assembly structure composed of such panels. The outer wall panel has a front steel plate; a rear steel plate located at a distance from the front steel plate in the rear direction of the front steel plate; an upper bar having a width in the thickness direction from the front steel plate to the rear steel plate and positioned to be fixed between the upper edges of the front steel plate and the rear steel plate; the first side bar having a width in a thickness direction and positioned to be fixed at an edge of the first side from both edges of each of the front steel plate and the rear steel plate in the horizontal direction; the second side bar having a width in the thickness direction and positioned to be fixed to an edge of the second side from both edges of each of the front steel plate and the rear steel plate in the horizontal direction; and a bottom bar having a width in the thickness direction and positioned to be fixed between the lower edges of each of the front steel plate and the rear steel plate; an insulating element is located between the inner surface of the upper edge of the rear steel plate and the outer surface of the upper strip or between the inner surface of the lower edge of the rear steel plate and the outer surface of the lower strip, and the technical result is achieved by assembling such wall panels.
