FIELD: covering composition systems.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a covering composition system for forming a complex coating structure including a primer coating layer and a top coating layer on a substrate including plastic materials, metal materials, ceramic materials and concrete materials. The first composition, which is a primer composition, contains hydroxyl resin chosen from one or more types of resin from the group consisting of alkyd resin, acrylic resin, polyester resin, polyurethane resin, epoxy resin and modified silicone resin and a resin hardener having functional groups that interact with the hydroxyl groups of the hydroxyl resin. The second composition, which is a topcoat composition, contains an alkenyl-containing polysiloxane containing a Si-H bond, a catalyst selected from one or more substances from the group consisting of platinum compounds, palladium compounds, rhodium compounds and ruthenium compounds. A method of forming a stain-resistant and soft-touch textured coating on a substrate and an article coated with a system of coating compositions are also described. EFFECT: providing a system of coating compositions for the formation of a texture resistant and soft-touching texture coating on various substrate materials including plastic materials, metallic materials, ceramic materials and concrete materials with excellent properties in terms of adhesion to substrates, strength and resistance to abrasion.
