FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: seeding unit for agricultural precision seed drills comprises a seed-selecting device which comprises a housing and a perforated disc being rotated in the housing. The pressure-generating device is connected to the housing in order to provide a pressure differential on opposite sides of the disc, wherein an opening for ventilating one side of the disc is formed in the housing. The opening is pneumatically connected to a filtering system or to a remote inlet system. The box housing comprises a fixed box body and a lid which is detachably fixed to the box body. An opening is formed in the box body. At least one pipe for the inlet pipe or for the feed pipe of a pressure-generating device is arranged in the opening area on the box body. The box body comprises a first pipe which is connected to a ventilation system capable of generating a negative pressure on the disc surface and a second pipe which is connected to a filtering system or to a remote inlet system.
EFFECT: invention enables preventing sand and powdery impurities from entering the seed-selecting device.
