FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: seed-feeding system includes seed dispensers, elements for catching and transferring seeds into the zone of outlet opening, adjustment mechanisms of seed rate and seed drill tubes. Hulls of dispensers are rigidly fixed from below to the hopper of the seeder and have inlet and outlet openings. Made in the form of a cage and a disc, elements for catching and transferring seeds to the zone of outlet opening of each of the seed-feeding apparatus are arranged on the driving shaft. Plane of the disc at width equal to 1/3 of its radius has a bent towards the center of the driving shaft ring surface with increased friction coefficient. Hob of the disc enters into the boring made in the hull and barrel. Barrel is rigidly fixed on the driving shaft inside the hull with holding elements. Ends of holding elements overhang barrel surface for seeds stirring during operation. Hull of each of the seed-feeding apparatuses is of a box - shape with inclined bottom. Inlet and outlet openings are made on one of the vertical walls of the hull, whereat outlet opening is placed over the inlet opening and both of them are placed inside the ring cavity, formed by the disk and internal cylindrical surface of the ring cage. Cage freely rests on the filler ring. The ring is rigidly fixed to the vertical wall with inlet and outlet openings symmetrically against the axis of the driving shaft. The shaft is hollow. The cage has a hob, which is movably fixed on the driving shaft on the side with above mentioned openings. Seed rate adjusting mechanism is floating inside the driving shaft and is connected with the discs of seed-feeding apparatuses making axial movements simultaneously with them. Lower part of the filler ring is beveled at its full depth in the direction of seeds movement from lower outlet opening. Asymmetrical junction pipe is arranged from below the hull. Junction pipe wraps cavity of the upper outlet opening. Seed drill tube is rigidly fixed to the junction pipe.
EFFECT: improvement of seeds feed-consistency and as outcome evenness of seeding.
