SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing (meth)acrylic acid, wherein the method comprises an oxidation reaction phase in such a way that a gaseous reaction product containing (meth)acrylic acid is obtained by vapour-phase catalytic oxidation; the absorption stage with the reduction of the reaction gas product in gaseous contact with water, by means of which an aqueous solution of (meth)acrylic acid is produced; the extraction stage with the reduction of aqueous solution of (meth)acrylic acid and extracting solvent are extracted in contact with each other, by means of which raw (meth)acrylic acid is extracted; and the distillation stage with the forwarding (meth)acrylic acid from raw (meth)acrylic acid, where the solution containing the unloaded solution which is removed from the oxidation reaction stage, the absorption stage, the extraction stage and the distillation stage, is used as a collected solution and the solution collected is stored for a period of 2 to 10 days, and the collected solution is fed into the extraction stage.
EFFECT: achieved is effective production of above-mentioned acid.
