SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio-measuring technology and can be used in the construction of a phase-measuring apparatus. The phase shift switch comprises a switch, a switch generator for switching pulses, amplifiers, two triggers, two circuits «AND», a scheme «OR», a low frequency filter, double-input circuits «OR» and a microcontroller.
EFFECT: increased accuracy and stability of the phase shifts transformation.
