SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for crushing and sorting overburden rocks. Crushing and sorting complex for hydraulic transport of overburden rocks at mechanical and hydraulic reclamation of lands includes housing, tie bar grates for separation of size, two-roll crusher, scraper conveyors, jaw crusher. In the housing of the complex there is a receiving funnel closed from above with an inclined sieve grate plate for separating the oversize with the size of the holes of the cells larger than the size of the entry hole of the jaw crusher. Board sides of the funnel are longitudinal tie grates of upper level with angle of inclination to horizontal plane, depending on friction coefficient, directed towards crusher rolls. In the sorting scraper conveyor bottom lengthwise tie sieves are installed. Scrapers of sorting conveyor are equipped with elastic cleaners for cleaning of sieve screen of conveyor from clay and jammed pieces of rock. Teeth of two-roller crusher are arranged with the possibility of counter rotation and are installed along helical line and with point are directed along rotation of rolls.

EFFECT: reduced power consumption of crushing.
