METHOD OF ACCELERATED MECHANOHYDRAULIC RECULTIVATION OF MINED SPACE OF OPEN MINE WORKINGS Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC E21C41/32

Abstract RU 2737300 C1

FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to recovery of lands disturbed by open development. To implement the method of accelerated mechanohydraulic reclamation of the mined space of open mine workings, the dam is dumped or washed for the overburden hydropump. Pulp duct is laid on ledge of section or dam of filled map. Rock is washed and the map is filled, water is drained through the dam body and tubular drainages in the dam. Drain water discharge is carried out via pipes on the dam external slope into the drainage trenches of the section, which are hydraulically connected to the section settling tank. Water is fed for pulp forming. Pulp is fed on hydraulic pad. In the body of the dam, uniformly and stepwise tubular drainages are laid along the length of the dam with inclination angle of 5-6° towards section. Tubular drainages on the side of hydraulic dump are closed by louvered plate with horizontal arrangement of slots with width of 10 mm, and rigidly connected to drain tube upper edge gate, having gap with lower edge of drain tube 50 mm. Damper area is equal to drain tube cross-section and has a round shape. On the side of the section tubular drains are connected to tubular spillways laid on the slope of the dam and dropping drainage water into the drain groove of the section laid along the section dam. Drainage ditch is connected to the system of drain ditches, which discharge water into the settling tank, divided into two parts by a floating partition for contaminated and settled water. In the part with settled water there is a floating pontoon with a pumping unit for water supply through the water duct for pulp forming. Rock is washed up and the card is filled in succession from the section located on the diametrically opposite side from the lower tubular drainage in reverse. Wash-in from the area of the lower tubular drainage to the upper one is performed by direct movement with building up the pulp-line. Cut and expandable pulp laying on the ledge of the cut or the bank dam, has uniformly located outlets with shutoff valves, to which can be connected flexible hoses for quality of card filling after soil compaction.

EFFECT: accelerated precipitation of suspended particles, drainage of water from the hydraulic dam and increased stability of the dam.
