FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment and namely to a method for treating acute pulmonary insufficiency and a device for implementing the method. According to the method, the most intact lung is preliminarily isolated by artificial ventilation with an air-oxygen mixture, and an oxygenated solution of perfluorane is introduced into the second lung through an endotracheal tube equipped with obturating cuffs, followed by replacement of perfluorane with an air mixture. After removal of perfluorane from the lung, it is artificially ventilated with an air-oxygen mixture. In the method, wave biomechanotherapy of the lower leg and chest muscles is additionally carried out in the biomechanical resonance mode, in which the modes of exposure to the spine and respiratory muscles of the chest are synchronized with the breathing phases. At the same time, a mixture of oxygenated perfluorane solution with drugs is supplied to the second lung by impulses in the form of a solitary wave with the frequency of the biomechanical spectrum through the endotracheal tube using a unit for supplying a liquid respiratory mixture. This mixture is fed while inhaling under a pressure of 8÷30 mm Hg. and during exhalation under pressure minus 8÷30 mm Hg. until the partial pressure of oxygen in the blood is at least 80 mm Hg. Removal of perfluorane from the lungs after the cessation of the supply of liquid breathing mixture is carried out with the patient in the prone position, on the right and left sides, causing a cough reflex and synchronously with it, carrying out biomechanical stimulation of the respiratory muscles of the chest, and after the removal of anesthesia, wave biomechanotherapy of the muscles of the chest is performed. The device for implementing the method of treating acute pulmonary insufficiency includes a device for artificial ventilation of the lungs, a unit for supplying a liquid respiratory mixture, an endotracheal tube equipped with obturating cuffs. The device contains units for wave biomechanotherapy of the muscles of the lower leg and chest, a unit for biomechanical stimulation of the respiratory muscles of the chest, the obturating cuffs are made vibrating. The obturating cuffs of the endotracheal tube and all nodes operate at biomechanical resonance frequencies.
EFFECT: said method is aimed at reducing the likelihood of an inflammatory response of the respiratory tract to tracheal intubation, reducing the risk of ischemic damage to the tracheal mucosa, ensuring sufficient blood oxygenation in severe forms of hypoxemia, increasing the body's defense against infection, using a mixture of perfluorane with low doses of drugs for treatment of lung diseases, reducing postoperative lungs complications.
