ALKALINE SOLUTION OF HYDROGEN PEROXIDE AND METHOD OF APPLICATION THEREOF FOR ELIMINATION OF BLOOD ASPHYXIA Russian patent published in 2025 - IPC A61K9/08 A61K33/10 A61K33/40 A61P11/00

Abstract RU 2840645 C1

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method for using an alkaline solution of hydrogen peroxide to eliminate blood asphyxia, characterized by the fact that tracheal intubation is carried out using an endotracheal tube, flexible catheter connected to a syringe filled with an alkaline solution of hydrogen peroxide is introduced into each duct of the endotracheal tube, wherein the length of catheter is 25 cm, and the thickness does not exceed the radius of the internal canal of the endotracheal tube, where the working end of the elastic catheter is inserted through the open end of the endotracheal tube into its canal up to tracheal bifurcation, where the whole alkaline solution of hydrogen peroxide is immediately injected from a syringe at a temperature in range of 28–33 °C, then removing the catheter and removing the colloidal liquids and foam from the airways, using 56 ml of said alkaline hydrogen peroxide solution containing 4.5% hydrogen peroxide, 1.8% sodium bicarbonate and water for injections, which has alkaline activity within pH range of 8.4–8.5 and osmotic activity of 280–300 mosmol/l of water.

EFFECT: present invention provides an immediate increase in the airiness of the trachea and bronchial tubes when they are blocked by blood and improving their patency for respiratory gas while avoiding a surgical operation, electricity, highly qualified specialists, thermal burn of the airway mucosa, bronchial occlusion and rupture, formation of bronchiectasis, mechanical and ischemic damage to the pulmonary tissue.
