FIELD: blast production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for producing coke. Described is a method for producing coke for blast production, in which the coal charge for coke batteries is formed from 100% of the coal concentrates marked with “F” (fat coal), wherein the coking process is carried out within 14-18 hours depending on the coke battery design at a control vertical temperature of 1200-1400 °C, the coking product produced having a strength rating after a reaction with carbon dioxide of at least 48.0%.
EFFECT: technical result is the production of high-quality coke.
