SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method for preventing the formation of false joints after triple pelvic osteotomy, which consists in performing periarticular osteotomies of the iliac body, the superior branch of the pubic bone and the ischial body, followed by rotation and tilt of the acetabular pelvic fragment and fixing it in the correction position with screws. The objective of the invention is to prevent the formation of false joints of the pubic and ischial bones after performing a triple osteotomy of the pelvis. The task is achieved due to the fact that before the rotation and tilt of the acetabular fragment of the pelvis, the distal fragments of the pubic and ischial bones are split off in the horizontal plane while preserving the periosteum.

EFFECT: said invention allows preventing the formation of false joints of the pubic and ischial bones, thereby preventing the onset of pain symptoms and the need for repeated interventions, as well as the progression of arthrosis of the hip joint.
