FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used to prevent compression of the hip joint during pelvic osteotomy in children. Osteotomy of the ilium body, superior pubic bone and ischium body is performed, followed by rotation and inclination of the acetabular fragment of the pelvis and its fixation in the correction position with pins. Before suturing the surgical wound, a tenomyotomy of m.iliopsoas, m.rectusfemoris is performed and a laxative section of the periosteum of the cartilaginous apophysis of the ilium is 1-2 cm below the cartilaginous apophysis of the ilium for 5-7 cm.
EFFECT: method provides improved treatment results and prevention of progression of arthrosis of the hip joint, as well as prevention of reluxation, stiffness and aseptic necrosis of the femoral head by reducing the tension and tension of the muscles of the hip joint area.
