FIELD: instrument engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to instrument-making, particularly, to measurement of fuel consumption in internal combustion engines, and can be used for control during filling with liquid fuel. Individual fuel liquid meter comprises a collection cylindrical housing consisting of an inlet branch pipe connected through a conical adapter with a magnetic permeable measuring cylinder with an internal diameter D1, inside which there is a piston with diameter D2 smaller than D1, the end of which facing the inlet branch pipe has the shape of a truncated cone with a diameter equal to the inner diameter of the inlet branch pipe, and opposite end along periphery is equipped with four U-shaped staples made from magnetically impermeable material and located in circumferential direction with 90° interval, in one of which a magnet is inserted, and in the other three – retainers adjacent to inner surface of measuring cylinder and to spring, diameter of which is slightly less than D1, resting against measuring ring end ring, connected to outlet pipe, wherein the annular gap between the measuring cylinder and the piston forms a living cross-section equal to or greater than the live cross-section of the inlet branch pipe, to the outer side of the measuring cylinder, to which a magnet adjoins, an electronic unit is pressed, in the bottom of which there is a row of magnetically sensitive elements, a temperature sensor is mounted in the wall of the inlet branch pipe, which are connected to a signal converter, a timer, an accumulator placed in the unit and a display in the cover of the above unit.
EFFECT: technical result is higher measurement accuracy and higher economic efficiency of individual liquid fuel meter.
