FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for sealing the wellheads of oil and gas wells during their operation and repair, including wells with inclined wellheads. The proposed preventer for a well with an inclined wellhead with a double-row pipe string contains upper and lower flanges rigidly connected to a case equipped with a vertical circular axial channel. The lateral horizontal channels are symmetrically arranged relatively to the axial channel. The longitudinal axes of the lateral horizontal channels are perpendicular to the axis of the vertical channel. In the horizontal channels there are die blocks in which the pipe dies are placed, equipped with elastic seals for sealing the pipe string with couplings, and manual drives for controlling the dies. In this case, the cavities of the cases of the die blocks have a rectangular shape in the cross section, and the elastic seals are placed in the grooves made in the pipe dies. The connecting and sealing dimensions of the lower flange of the preventer are made corresponding to the support flange of the wellhead valve. In addition, the preventer case below the lateral horizontal channels is equipped with a side tap. Moreover, the side tap is rotated at an angle of 90° with respect to the lateral horizontal channel of the preventer and is directed upwards at an angle of 30° with respect to the central axis of the axial channel of the case. The upper part of the side tap is equipped with an internal cylindrical sample with an internal thread at the upper end. A seal made in the form of alternating rubber and metal rings is installed in the inner cylindrical sample of the side tap, and a pressure nut is screwed into the internal thread of the inner cylindrical sample of the side tap. The rubber rings of the seal are made of heat-resistant rubber.
EFFECT: simplification of the design and increased quality of sealing of the pipe strings at the wellhead of the inclined well.
