SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to gynecology. It can be used to prevent the formation of postoperative adhesions after operations on the pelvic organs. To do this, within 4 days before the operation, the immunomodulatory drug “Derinat” is injected intramuscularly for 5 ml of a 1.5% solution every 24 hours. In the intraoperative period, the adhesions are separated by means of an ultrasonic scalpel “Harmonic”, and then with the help of a syringe, the “Mesogel” agent is injected into the abdominal cavity at the rate of 2.4 ml/kg of weight. 24 hours after the operation, the immunomodulatory drug “Derinat” is injected intramuscularly. Then a 1.5% solution of “Derinat” is injected for 5 ml every 24 hours for 10 days.

EFFECT: method reduces the likelihood of developing the adhesive process after laparoscopic operations on the pelvic organs, provides restoring the reproductive function of women, and improves the quality of life due to a one-time effect on the main pathogenetic links of adhesion formation: inflammation, proliferation and neoangiogenesis.
