FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a bioactive hydrogel with carrageenan and fullerene C60, which includes kappa-carrageenan as a gelling agent, locust bean gum as a film-forming agent, inulin as a filler, according to the invention, additionally contains iota-carrageenan in a weight ratio with kappa-carrageenan 1:1, fullerene C60 as an antioxidant, 1 wt.% aqueous solution of silver ions as an antibacterial filler, glycerine as a plasticiser, xanthan gum for elasticity, hyaluronic acid as a moisturizer, trehalose for reducing bubbles, calcium lactate as a cross-linking agent, ethyl alcohol as a filler, distilled water as a solvent, with the following ratio of components, wt.%: iota/kappa carrageenan 1:1 1.0, fullerene C60 0.1, 1 wt.% aqueous solution of silver ions 0.1, glycerine 1.0, locust bean gum 0.5, xanthan gum 0.3, hyaluronic acid 0.1, trehalose 0.25, calcium lactate 1.0, inulin 0.1, ethyl alcohol 4.0, distilled water up to 100, as well as to a method of producing a bioactive hydrogel with carrageenan and fullerene C60, which consists in fact that 0.3 wt.% of xanthan gum and 0.25 wt.% of trehalose are dispersed by stirring in 1.0 wt.% of glycerol; 1.0 wt.% of calcium lactate is dissolved in 22.9 wt. % of warm distilled water; 0.5 wt.% of locust bean gum and 0.1 wt.% of inulin are dispersed by stirring in 4.0 wt.% ethyl alcohol, adding 22.9 wt.% of warm distilled water and stirring until a homogeneous mixture; 1.0 wt.% of a mixture of iota/kappa carrageenans, taken in a weight ratio of 1:1, is dissolved in 22.9 wt.% of distilled water, stirred for 3-5 minutes; then the prepared solutions are mixed, during mixing added are 0.1 wt.% of fullerene C60, 0.1 wt.% of 1 wt.% aqueous solution of silver ions, 0.1 wt.% of hyaluronic acid, and brought to 100 wt.% with distilled water obtained suspension is heated to temperature of 90-100 °C with stirring, held while stirring for 3-5 minutes, the mixture is cooled to temperature of 50 °C; hydrogel is formed by pouring onto moulds with subsequent distribution of the solution over a surface with thickness of not more than 2 mm and cooled to room temperature.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides development of a bioactive hydrogel with carrageenan and fullerene C60 and a method for production thereof, eliminating the disadvantages of the prototype and ensuring the following physical and chemical characteristics: achieving thermal stability due to the presence of iota-carrageenan in the composition, increased elasticity due to the presence of gum in the filler composition, achieving a neutral pH, which leads to the absence of skin irritation during use, the absence of syneresis due to the presence of carrageenans in the mixture, which includes iota-carrageenan, achieving antibacterial and antioxidant properties due to such bioactive additives as fullerene C60 and silver ions.
