FIELD: oil-water emulsions.

SUBSTANCE: method for combined dewatering of stable oil-water emulsions is proposed, including ultrasonic action on an oil-water emulsion, where the frequency of ultrasonic action is selected depending on the size of water droplets in an oil-water emulsion: for drops that fall within the range of 15-20 microns - 50-44 kHz; for droplets that fall within the range of 30-40 microns - 32-22 kHz; for droplets that fall in the range of 60-80 microns - 18-12 kHz, after which the partially dehydrated water-oil emulsion is sent to the inlet of the heat-exchange device, before entering which a demulsifier reagent is fed into the oil-water emulsion, where the method contains magnetic treatment in a direction perpendicular to the flow of an oil-water emulsion by a pulsating non-uniform magnetic field to destroy the armor shells, at which a mixture of an oil-water emulsion heated to a temperature of 90-95°C with a non-ionic demulsifier is sent to a magnetic processing apparatus, processing it with a magnetic field of an optimal frequency of 0-50 Hz with a step of 5 Hz; at the same time, if the mixture of OWE (oil water emulsion) with a demulsifier, which has undergone ultrasonic and magnetic field treatment, satisfies the quality criteria, the volume fraction of water in oil is less than 0.5%, it is sent to the sedimentation tank of the field oil treatment plant unit (OTPU), while, if the treated OWE mixture with demulsifier does not meet the quality requirements of delivery pr wells, it is sent to a turbulizer, in which additional mixing is performed, after which it is sent back to the pipeline inlet to the installation, after which the process of combined dehydration of the oil-water emulsion is repeated. EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the degree of stratification of an oil-water emulsion.
