FIELD: oil and gas production. SUBSTANCE: method consists in mixing emulsion with composition, subjecting this mixture to action of wave field followed by settling. Mixing is effected by separate successive delivery of components to emulsion followed by subjecting aqueous phase to action of wave field in electropulse mode at generation of frequency spectrum from 200 kHz to infra-red radiation frequencies by circulating it through electropulse radiator back to aqueous phase zone. Composition includes reagent on base of alkyl sulfonate, demulsifier on base of mixture of anionogenic and ionogenic surfactants containing sulfanole on base of sodium alkyl benzene sulfonates and reagent on base of nitrile trimethyl phosphonic acid.
