FIELD: heat exchange.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design of bulk nozzles for performing heat and mass exchange processes in column apparatuses in gas-liquid systems and can be used in chemical, oil refining, petrochemical and other industries. Nozzle is made in the form of a ring, having symmetrically arranged on one level rectangular holes, bridges of which are pressed into the ring with a gap between them, forming in plan "Ω"-shaped profiles. Height of webs is determined from the ratio h=0.33H, where H=AD, where H is the height of the ring, D is the diameter of the ring, A is a coefficient whose value is in range of 1/5 to 1/2. Gap between tops of "Ω"-shaped profiles of internal ring bridges makes value equal to δ=Ch, where C is coefficient, which is within range from 0.8 to 1.4.
EFFECT: invention increases active specific surface area of nozzle, increases surface contact of interacting phases, increased throughput capacity of contact device and intensification of processes of heat and mass transfer.
