FIELD: heat engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering and can be used in devices for supplying and removing heat, conducting reactions and mixing and dispersing fluids. In housing (1) with inner diameter (D) for medium (I), having internal elements consisting of tube bundle (2) with outer diameter (d) or other elongated elements oriented, preferably, parallel to the longitudinal axis of the housing, between the pipes elements of jumpers or layers of jumpers (31, 41) are installed crosswise, wherein said jumpers are inclined relative to body lengthwise axis and do not touch. Jumpers are installed between pipes with turn of 90° through a certain number of following one after another along the axis of jumpers or a certain distance (L). Heat carrier (II) can flow through the pipes in direct flow or counterflow, due to which a heat exchanger or a reactor with very high heat transfer capacity and almost piston flow is created.
EFFECT: disclosed is a device for supplying or removing heat, conducting reactions and mixing or dispersing fluids.
