FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pressure metal treatment and can be used to produce turbine disks with blades by hot stamping. The press contains a horizontal bed on which sliders with punches and sliders with semi-matrices are installed. A unit is connected to the frame for installing and fixing a matrix with sections, which forms a stamp with the semi-matrices for stamping a monowheel. Sliders with semi-matrices move along adjustable guides by means of hydraulic drives connected to the hydraulic system of the press. Sliders with punches move along the said guides by means of hydraulic screw drives containing screw pairs with flywheels. The flywheels are interconnected by a gear train, which is equipped with a disconnecting clutch.
EFFECT: invention expands press technological capabilities.
