FIELD: metal forming.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming and can be used to produce discs of turbines with blades. Heated workpiece in form of disc with journals is placed in die cavity. Cavity is formed by the first and second half-matrices with detachable sections and a matrix in the form of a ring installed between the half-female dies along the vertical plane of the die joint. First journal of the disc is fixed in the through horizontal channel of the first half-matrix with the thrust of the side surface of the disc in the working surface of the said half-matrix. Second half-matrix is then fed from the other side of the matrix. Second journal of the disc is aligned with the through horizontal channel of the second half-matrix to the position whereat the working surface of the second half-matrix is borne against the opposite lateral surface of the disc and the end surface of the matrix. Deformation of initial billet is performed by means of punches application to ends of both journals of billet. Removal of finished forged piece together with detachable sections is performed by its pushing out from matrix by male die.

EFFECT: as a result, production of monowheels with high degree of swirling of blades and with minimum tolerances for further processing.
