FIELD: metals processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the processing of metals by pressure and can be used to obtain turbine disks with blades by hot stamping. The workpiece, made according to the shape and size of the disk part of the blisk with an annular rim on the periphery, is heated to the temperature of plastic deformation and installed in the cavity of the sectional matrix. The central part of the workpiece is fixed between two pressure discs. Two punches apply a force to both ends of the blank's annular rim. In the closed cavity between the semi-matrices and the disks, a two-sided upsetting of the rim is carried out. Blisk blades are formed by radial extrusion of metal from the rim area in the cavity between the matrix sections. At the same time, the central part of the original workpiece is simultaneously clamped, applying a force proportional to the force on the punches to both clamping discs. After the end of the deformation, the punches, the pressure discs and the upper half-matrix are taken back to their initial position and the finished forging is pushed out of the matrix together with the sections.
EFFECT: possibility of using press equipment of lower power is provided and the quality of the parts obtained is improved.
